Quality Policy

The basic objective of Ferrostal Łabędy Spółka z o.o. is to maintain and to improve the quality of the manufactured products continually in the form of steel billets and reinforcement bars, so that requirements and expectations of our Customers are met and our products are competitive with similar products of the best world-class producers.

Our company's Quality Policy is carried out by:

• manufacturing the products according to requirements agreed with customers and also fully according to technical-commercial documentation and relevant law regulations,
• implementation of changes to technological process that resulting from current analysis of needs, requirements and customers' comments,
• constant improvement of our staff qualifications,
• full commitment of all employees to quality activities according to unequivocally specified responsibility and range of obligations.

The warranty of achievement of appointed aim is realization of Ferrostal Management's QUALITY POLICY and requirements resulting from by each employee, by his commitment to his work and responsibility for its level according to customers' expectations.

Full execution of QUALITY POLICY is ensured by operating Quality System at Ferrostal Łabędy Sp. z o.o. that is based on PN-EN ISO 9001:2009 standards and Managements' obligations to respect all arrangement in this range.
